Manushi Chhillar Opens Up About a 30 Year Age Gap With Akshay Kumar, Praises Sandeep Vanga For ‘Animal’.

Manushi Chhillar rose to fame after winning the title of Miss World in the year 2017. She appeared in many movies and gained popularity with each film. Recently, she paired alongside Akshay Kumar in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. In a recent interview, Manushi spoke about the age difference between her and Akshay, also she showered praises on Sandeep Vanga for making Animal.

Manushi Chhillar About Age Gap Between Her And Akshay Kumar:

In an Interview with Zoom, Manushi was asked about the age difference between her and Akshay Kumar. She said “Working with a superstar is good. You get a certain amount of visibility. If I talk about my first film(Samrat Prithviraj), there was an age gap. They wanted to play the whole thing. In this film, there was no pairing. We did songs for marketing. There had to be a way to put two people together for the songs. But that’s pretty much it, which is fine. I don’t see it as something that was atrocious or something that shouldn’t have been there. It wasn’t like a love story anyway”.

Manushi About Sandeep Vanga’s Animal And Rashmika Mandanna’s Role:

Manushi was also asked which character she would have chosen between Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri in Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. She replied saying “I love him(Sandeep Vanga). Both the characters are really interesting. But I loved Rashmika’s role(Geetanjali) because, in this whole world where men were fighting each other, she really stood her ground.”

She further said “Geetanjali has confronted a man. She held him accountable. She said I don’t care about who you are or what you are doing outside or how dangerous you might be. But you’re my husband and I will hold you accountable. Her character had an arch and I felt that was such a good opportunity. Rashmika did a great job. So, I would have loved to do that role.”
