Nag Ashwin is currently working on his Mega Project titled “Project K”
starring Pan-India Star Prabhas. The science-fiction movie also stars Deepika
Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan in the major roles. The film shoot began in
December in Hyderabad’s Ramoji film city and is being shot on a grand scale.
It is made with a budget of Rs 500 Cr and has a huge amount of VFX. On Friday,
Nag Ashwin has requested help from Anand Mahindra(Chairman of Mahindra group)
for this massive project.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Nag Ashwin wrote “Dear @anandmahindra sir…we
are making an Indian sci-fi film with Mr.Bachan, Prabhas and Deepika called
#ProjectK A few vehicles we are building for this world are unique &
beyond the tech of today…if this film does wat it is supposed to, it will be
the pride of our nation.”. He further added, “I admire you a lot sir..v have a
talented, fully Indian team of engineers and designers..but the scale of the
project is such that we could use a hand..such a film has never been attempted
before…it would be an honor if you can help us engineer the future…

Ananda Mahindra responding to his request, tweeted “How could we refuse an
opportunity to help you envision the future of mobility @nagashwin7 ? Our
Chief of Global Product Development @Velu_Mahindra will, I’m sure, happily
throw his weight behind you. Velu developed the @xuv700 & already has his
feet in the future!”. Soon, the request is taken up by the team and they are in contact with the director.

Project K is touted to be the biggest film in the Indian Cinema. Unlike other
films of Prabhas which are releasing in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada
languages, this film will be available in English too for International
Audience. Besides this, Prabhas is all gearing up for the release of Radhe
Shyam on March 11 and is currently busy with its promotions.
