Today we are talking about Vidyut Jammwal, a martial artist, stunt performer and a great actor who made his Bollywood debut with the movie “Force”. The actor with a magnetic body recently shared some videos on his Instagram in which he is seen doing some stunts of Kalaripayattu, one of the world’s famous and oldest martial arts originated from India. In fact, Vidyut often posts his martial arts skills with a Hashtag #itrainlikevidyutjammwal.

In a video, he is seen extinguishing the candles he burnt at 9:00 PM yesterday with the help of his Martial Art Skill.  By adopting different techniques, he extinguished all the candles one by one. He wrote “AFTER #9pm9minutes #IndiaFightsCorona #StayHomeStaySafe #KALARIPAYATTU says ‘There are millions of different ways to do the same thing – TRY ALL’ #ITrainLikeVidyutJammwal #AabYehKarKeDekho #KICKINGoutCORONAwithISOLATION (inner pilgrimage)” while uploading this inspiring energetic video.

In the second video, he is seen climbing a dense tree with the help of this Kalaripayattu technique. Vidyut wrote doing this nail-biting stunt “#CountryBoy It’s not the vastness of the tree I am conquering. It’s Me that I am conquering! ITrainLikeVidyutJammwal #Kalaripayattu #SocialDistancing 🎶@zookthespook @navraj_hans @abhisheknailwal @hamsika.iyerofficial”

Talking about the next video, in this, he is seen telling how you can stand upside down with your forehead on the opposite side with the help of Kalaripayattu’s technician and Patience. “As suggested: Practising stillness in solitude. … #countryboy #kalaripayattu #itrainlikevidyutjammwal” he wrote.

Kalaripayattu also known simply as Kalari, is an Indian martial art and fighting style that originated in modern-day Kerala. It is believed to be the oldest surviving martial art in India. It is also considered to be among the oldest martial arts still in existence, with its origin in the martial arts timeline dating back to at least the 3rd century BCE.
