On friday, Bollywood Legend Amitabh Bachchan underwent angioplasty surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. It is reported that the actor was admitted to the hospital in the early hours of Friday. According to the latest sources, it is said that the superstar went through a surgery to remove a blood clot in his leg. Medical experts said that the blood clot could have led to a heart attack if it is left untreated.

Bachchan was admitted to the hospital in the morning and returned home by Afternoon. The actor took to his X platform and wrote “T 4950 – in gratitude ever ..”. Amitabh has earlier shared glimpses from his meet with fans at his residence.

Amitabh along with Abhishek Bachchan spotted cheering for his team at the Indian Street Premiere League.
