film. The actress recorded a series of video clips and dropped Instagram
stories to share her experience on intermittent fasting and her daily routine.
She also suggested fans to try this fasting technique to feel energetic and
healthy.
In the stories, the actress Tamannaah Bhatia can be heard talking about
intermittent fasting. She reveals, she was highly unsuccessful at first and
later she got the results. She also said she used to do fasting for like 12
hours and now it became her routine. She found this very exciting and easy to
keep herself energetic and healthy rather than the other diets. Tamannaah also
suggested the fans try it so they can also feel the difference in their daily
routine.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Tamannaah Bhatia has recently wrapped the film
‘Maestro’ which is led by Nithin. She is currently shooting for F3 alongside
Venkatesh Daggubati and Varun Tej. She is also doing the film Seetimaarr
opposite Gopichand. These films will hit cinemas this year.
