Tamannnaah Bhatia took to her Twitter account to share her experience after watching the recently released movie Atrangi Re. The movie was an OTT release that started streaming on Disney Hotstar on 24th December. It is shot in Hindi and dubbed in Tamil and is titled ‘Galatta Kalyanam’. Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar played major roles, directed by Aanand L. Rai who earlier made Raanjhanaa with Dhanush and a hit in 2013.
Tamannnaah Heaps Praises On Atrangi Re
Tamannnaah has watched this romantic drama at a private screening on her birthday. Now, she has taken it to her Twitter handle to share her thought on the movie. She wrote “After a long time, I saw a feel-good film that blends fantasy and real-life medical problems beautifully in a story, leaving you hopeful and full of warmth. Dhanush is an actor I look up to, and I feel he is the finest talent we have in our country. His presence in the film had so much clarity as if he wore the character’s mind on his face. It didn’t matter that his character spoke Tamil in many scenes. Sara brought innocence and freshness to her character. It was so lovely to see her shine in this role that was tailor-made for her.

The sheer ability of his film to transport me into Rinku and VIshu’s world and make me fall in love with their circumstances was magic! I am so glad I watched this film on my birthday. It really left me feeling warm and fuzzy in my heart. #AtrangiRe is the first film I saw in a private screening after two years! Congratulations to the entire tea! Atrangi Re is produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films and music composed by A R Rahman. The songs of the movie have already been a hit among the audience. Overall, the movie is receiving positive reviews for both Hindi and Tamil versions. It has 7.5 rating on IMDb.
