lockdown, the actress is trying to share positivity through her posts. She
also regularly shared her after workout pictures to motivate the fans and keep
them positive in these hard times. The actress is now giving little workout
routine tips that are simple and effective.

Pragya Jaiswal shared a video clip on her Instagram handle. In the video clip,
the actress is looking hot in a black sports bra and gym pants. She is seen
doing the jump lunges, Jump Squats, square to inchworm, mountain climber and
shoulder taps. She mentioned how many sets to be repeated while doing those
workout routines. The actress penned the caption as “You’re just one workout
away from a good mood. Finally back to my workout after my vaccination. Wasn’t
feeling up to it today but so glad that I pushed myself to do it..Happy
Weekend everyone”.

On the film front, Pragya Jaiswal shares the screen with Nandamuri Balakrishna
in the upcoming film Akhanda. The film is directed by Boyapati Srinu and
bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner Dwaraka Creations. The
film release date is yet to be announced.
