Darling Prabhas is currently busy shooting his upcoming film Radhe Shyam
directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by UV Creations. However, Prabhas
also announced two big projects. One is with Mahanati fame director Nag
Ashwin’s untitled science fiction based film. In this film, Deepika Padukone
will play leading lady opposite Prabhas. Another project of Prabhas is with Om
Raut director of Tanhaji. The title of the film is Adipurush.
On Thursday morning, Prabhas took to his social media handles to make a big
announcement. This magnum opus 3d epic drama will be released in theatres on
11 August 2022. It is officially confirmed by the actor. Adipurush film is
going to be a big-budget project with multi stars. The estimated budget of the
film is approx 400 crores. Adipurush’s VFX will be done by a foreign team.
Adipurush is going to be an epic drama. In this film, Prabhas will be seen
portraying the character of the lord Ram. Saif Ali Khan will play the most
intelligent demon character Lankesh (Ravana). The makers created the sensation
among the fans with the surprising announcement of the characters of the film.
But some fans trolled the makers for choosing Saif Ali Khan to portray Lankesh
Role. Even there is news that Ajay Devgn is likely to act in the film as Lord
Shiva. But there is no official confirmation on it.
