‘Madhubala’ fame Drashti Dhami is all set to make her comeback on screen with
a historical drama series-The Empire. She is well known for her exceptional
performance as Madhubala. Besides this, there is a buzz in the small screen
industry that she will reunite with co-star Vivian Dsena for the second season
of their popular show ‘Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon’. However, there is no
confirmation of the second season for this hit show. However, now the actress
is making the headlines with a classy desi look which she opted for the
promotional event of her upcoming series.
Drashti Dhami is all dressed up in the beautiful white lehenga which is
handcrafted out of Banarasi chanderi with hand block printing and is paired
with a hand-embroidered silk choli and chanderi block printed dupatta perfect
for the event. She chooses half circle earrings with the low tied hairdo. The
beautiful red bindi on her forehead is looking so good on her. She is surely
raising the fashion bar high with this modern and classy look. She wrote the

next seen in the Disney Plus Hotstar’s The Empire, created by Nikkhil Advani
based on the novel series ‘Empire of the Moghul’ by Alex Rutherford and backed
by Hoststar. It features Kunal Kapoor, Dino Morea and Shabana Azmi in the main
roles. It will premiere on August 27, 2021.
