Anupam Kher Best Actor Award For ‘The Kashmir Files’
On 10th August, Anupam Kher received the Best Actor award at the international
Glory Awards in Mumbai. Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut being the Chief Guest
at the event presented the award to the Actor.
After receiving the award, Anupam Kher posted the pictures on his Instagram
and dedicated the award to the Kashmiri Hindu community. He wrote the caption
“It was so wonderful to receive the #BestActor award for #TheKashmirFiles from
one of the most accomplished actresses of our times @kanganaranaut at
#InternationalGloryAwards in Mumbai. I dedicate this award to the entire
#KashmiriHindu community in the world for their courage. Jai Ho! ❤️🙏”.
He also appreciated Kangana Ranaut for her direction and performance in the upcoming movie ‘Emergency’. He hoped that after the movie’s release, it will grab many awards and especially for Kangana Ranaut. Anupam Kher is also part of the ‘Emergency’ movie portraying the role of Jayaprakash Narayan.
Reacting to Anupam’s appreciation, Kangana said “Thank you Anupam Kher ji. Your appreciation is like an award for me… This means so much to me.”
