On the work front, Disha will be seen playing a trapeze artist named Radha in Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming film Bharat has finished shooting, featuring Salman Khan. The actress plays the character of a trapeze artist which has a small screen space. However, when the director was asked to comment on the same, he praised Disha and said that he is humbled the actress accepted the role saying Bharat is the story that needs to be told and she would love to contribute to the project in any which way possible. the film also features Katrina Kaif, Sunil Gover and Nora Fatehi in pivotal roles.
Disha Patani is also gearing up to make her Tamil debut in Sundar C’s ambitious film Sangamithra. According to reports, the film is being made on a budget of Rs 400 crores and will be released in two parts. The actress has been learning sword-fighting and horse-riding to look convincing as a warrior princess.
