After the Blockbuster Success of RRR, Jr NTR has been working on his upcoming
project Devara. This most awaited movie directed by Koratala Siva will have a
Pan-India release. The movie has Janhvi Kapoor playing the female lead and
Saif Ali Khan in an Antagonist role.
Director Koratala Siva About Jr NTR- Janhvi Kapoor Starrer Devara:
Now, the Film Director Koratala Siva took to X(formerly Twitter) to make an
announcement about the project through a video. He said, “I wanted to share an
update regarding the Devara movie. While writing the story and narrating it to
Jr NTR, we all were excited and felt high because of its new world, very big
canvas, and also too many strong characters. With that confidence, we went to
shoot, but eventually the world is getting bigger and bigger.

After 2-3 schedules, we were feeling more high than ever before. We had a
doubt that we cannot remove even a single scene or dialogue and in order to
establish such strong characters we need to take time and cannot include
everything in one part. So, after a lot of discussion, we have took the
decision to release the movie in two parts. The first part would be released
on 5th April, 2024. He ended the video saying “Devara is growing bigger and
bigger.”
Devara is jr NTR’s 30th movie after SS Rajamouli’s RRR which has become a
Blockbuster worldwide and also received Oscars for Naatu Naatu song in Best
Original Song Category. Devara, which has Janhvi Kapoor playing NTR’s love
interest, has Saif Ali Khan in a Antagonist role. After his last movie Acharya
that failed at the box office, director Koratala is working hard for this
project. This is the second project of him with Jr NTR after Janatha Garage.
Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer for Devara and jointly produced by
Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna.
Apart from this, Jr NTR will be seen in Hrithik Roshan’s War 2 which is the
6th installment in YRF Spy Universe. On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor last
acted in Bawaal alongside Varun Dhawan. Her upcoming films include Devara, Mr.
& Mrs. Mahi and Ulajh.
