The prime accused in Sushant Singh Rajput Death the live-in partner of him
Rhea Chakraborty got arrested for the case of Drugs. The NCB official took
Rhea in custody on 8 September, and was in remand for 14 days judicial custody
and got extended further. During this time Rhea’s lawyer filed a bail plea for
Rhea in the high court. Now the report said the high court granted bail for
Rhea.
On Wednesday 7 October High court of Bombay Granted the bail for Rhea
Chakraborty, who was under the judicial custody of NCB for the drug case.
However, the high court granted the bail plea with a Rs 1 lakh bond. The court
rejected her brother Showik Chakraborty’s plea. Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s
house manager Samuel Miranda and house servant Dipesh Sawant were also granted
bail by the court.
The high court granted the bail with conditions, the first condition is that
Rhea to deposit passport should report to Mumbai Police for 10days
continuously. Should furnish the 1 lakh rupees bond of bail and can’t leave
the country even can’t meet the witness. Beside this Mumbai Police, today
warned the media reports against chasing celebrities and others and
endangering lives minutes after actor Rhea Chakraborty was granted bail by the
Bombay High Court. Rhea to walk out from the Jail nearly 5 pm after all papers
works done.
