The gorgeous Kangana Ranaut recently wrapped her biopic drama Thalaivi
shooting. After this now she has announced her another political based film.
In this project, Kangana Ranaut to essay the most famous political leader of
India the late ex-prime minister Indira Gandhi. Even the actress is excited to
play the most iconic leaders.
This film is not titled yet but Kangana Ranaut gave the statement related to
the film. She said “Yes, we are working on the project and the script is in
the final stages. It is not the biopic of Indira Gandhi, it is a grand period
film, to be precise a political drama that will help my generation to
understand (the) socio-political landscape of current India”. According
to Kangana Ranaut, this is not the biopic of Indira Gandhi.
Kangana Ranaut continued her statement and praised the ex-prime minister
Indira Gandhi. She said, Many prominent actors will be part of this film and
of course I am looking forward to playing the most iconic leader that we have
had in the history of Indian politics”. The actress also dropped the
hint about the book from which story is written. but she didn’t reveal more
about the book.

In recent tweets, Kangana Ranaut shared beautiful pictures of Indira Gandhi
and praised the qualities of her. Kangana Ranaut tweeted as “She was very
beautiful, not pin-up girl types beautiful, her face was like when all the
swords are drawn just before the King’s command”. This film is going to be
directed by Sai Kabir.
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is currently shooting for her upcoming
action film Dhaakad. In this film, she will be seen doing some action
sequence. On the other hand, she is also a part of the action entertainer
Tejas. Recently Kangana Ranaut also shared a poster of Dhaakad. These films
will hit theatres this year.
