Suriya’s recent film which is released on the Amazon Prime Video titled
‘Soorarai Pottru’. The film is gaining a great response from the audience as
they are loving his intense performance in the film. However, now there is
news that 7aum Arivu actor Suriya joined the team of Navarasa the anthology
drama which is going to be directed by Nine directors.
Suriya will be seen in one of the episodes of Navarasa which is helmed by
Gautham Vasudev Menon. The Navaras is an anthology drama which is based on
nine different episodes which are helmed by nine directors. This series of the
film will be released on Netflix. This anthology drama is produced by Mani
Ratnam. There is no information about the directors who are going to be part
of this series. But according to some reports, Mani Ratnam is gathering the
several stars together for this Navarasa.
Vijay Sethupthi is also a part of one of the portions. There is no
confirmation on Mani Ratnam’s inclusion in the Navarasa as a director. However, Actor Suriya’s next project is a director venture of Vetrimaaran, the
title of the film is Vaadivasal. Even he has to play a cameo role in the
Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, it features Madhavan and Simran in the lead role.
It is going to be a biographical drama of an aerospace engineer Nambi
Narayanan. There is no confirmation on the films releasing date.
