Dia Mirza Rejects Involvement In Drug Case, Says 'I Have Never Consumed Any Narcotic.'

On Tuesday there was news that Deepika Padukone and her manager Karishma are involved in the drug case and the manager was summoned by the NCB after their drug chat leaked. Now according to the sources, Dia Mirza's name is surfing on the NCB's radar for drug consumption and soon likely questioning. While the NCB sources said that Dia's name came while drug peddlers Ankush and Anuj Keshwani were being interrogated.

Even though, other sources prevail that Dia Mirza's manager was the girlfriend of the drug peddler Anuj Keshwani and she is the only person who used to supply the drug to Dia Mirza from Anuj as per actress request, all these evidence led the NCB to look into the details of drug purchased by Dia Mirza in 2019.

After Dia's name starts to Circulate in the drug case she took the social media to defend herself by posting a clarification message in which she wrote "I would like to strongly refute and categorically deny this news as being false, baseless and with mala fide intentions. Such frivolous reporting has a direct impact on my reputation being besmirched and is causing damage to my career which I have painstakingly built with years of hard work." Further, she writes that she never took any kind of narcotics substances in her entire life and she is looking to take the full legal remedies which are provided by the Constitution for the citizens of India and last she thanked the fans who are standing in support of her.

While The NCB will take the investigation further and likely summon the manager first and then they may probe Dia Mirza.
