continuously sharing different yoga poses flaunting the skills on Instagram
handle with the posts.
The Kaabil actress updating her Instagram handle with the different poses of
yoga as a daily routine, the posts of her clearly describing how perfect she
is now doing the difficult yoga poses with very ease, some of the poses which
are done by her are as follows …..
1. Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) -It makes more possible for lungs to get oxygen,
improves eyesight, reduces stress & tension in the body, strengthens back
& works on the elasticity of the spine etc and even it gives more
flexibility to spine bones and in acrobatics and gymnastic this body position
is called as a bridge.
2. Prasaritapadottanasana (Wide Stance Forward Bend Pose )- it helps in
stretches & strengthens hamstrings, calves, hips & spine. It has
benefits of all forward folds & inversions and most importantly calms the
mind.
3.Dhanurasana (Bow pose ) – It increases spinal strength &
flexibility, strengthens lungs, legs (esp upper thigh), back muscles, relieves
stiff shoulders, amongst many other benefits.
4. Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) This pose helps in increasing
flexibility of knees, inner thighs, feet & ankle, amongst many other
benefits.
5. Krounchasana (Heron Pose )- stimulates abdominal organs, tones the core
& improves digestion! Also helps those with flat feet.
