A week back supreme court passes the verdict to transfer the investigation of Sushant death case to CBI, on 6th August CBI filed FIR on 6 members including family members of Rhea Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty, father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, other two members are house manager Samuel Miranda and Ex-manager Shruti Modi, six of them booked for charges of (section 309) abetment to suicide, (section 120A) criminal conspiracy, (section 378 ) theft, (section 415) cheating, (section 339) wrongful restraint and among others.
CBI after taking the charge of Sushant death case began their investigation by dividing themselves into separate teams, As part of the investigation, they reconstructed the crime scene at Sushant's Mumbai house on 22nd August for 6 hours, as per the reports CBI officials found the inconsistency in the statements given by Siddharth Pithani, creative content manager and housekeeper of Suhanth’s house Neeraj’s statement regarding the incident sequences took on 13 June and 14 June and Siddharth will be questioned again regarding of the Sushant death event sequences.
The CBI team questioned Cooper hospital Doctors about Sushant's autopsy reports raising many questions as it was reported to be done in a hurry as the Mumbai Police asked them to do so, and the time of death was also not mentioned. furthermore Rhea’s visit to the morgue where Sushant’s mortal were kept also became a hot point of discussion even family members are not allowed to visit and on the other hand, Rhea was allowed to spend nearly 45minutes in the morgue.
Earlier today once again a team of CBI officials investigating SSR death case arrives at the Waterstone hotel in Andheri East where Sushant stayed for 2 months. On Sunday CBI visited the resort for 2 hours to determine how Sushant was behaving when he had stayed there.
There was a hearing that the CBI summoned Rhea and her father Indrajit Chakraborty for the interrogation, but the lawyer of rhea confirms that no summons has been issued to Ms Chakraboty and her family yet.
