Fitness Freak Malaika Arora Celebrates International Yoga Day


Malaika Arora has yet again given use fitness goals with her unbelievable physique at the age of 46. Surely, the woman has something different in her as she never fails to slay even with the morning messy look. However, the Chaiyya Chaiyya actress is also known for her psyche for Yoga. Her curves are not effortless as Arora spends hours of her schedule gyming and doing yoga. Encouraging the nation for the same, she has organized a Yoga session with Sarva Yoga Studio on International Yoga day.



With this, Malaika has also been posting several Yoga poses performed by her. She further captions greetings to the folks and takes the effort to teach with perfection.



The latest shot is Revolved Chair Pose or Parivrtta Utkatasana that has been graciously performed by her. The caption with it says everything “Hello everybody! Begin standing straight, bend your knees to come into a chair pose with your hands folded in a namaste 2. Inhale, lengthen your spine and bend towards your right side, resting your left elbow on the outside of your right knee. 3. Don’t hunch your back and keep your palms together to keep your back long. 4. Keep your knees together. Lower your hips an extra inch. 5. To come out of the pose, exhale untwist your back and repeat on the other side. This pose can be tricky so please be careful and only do as much as your body allows you to!
